Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

At FirstInTest, we are committed to providing uninterrupted access to our courses, question banks, and practice tests. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds Policy

All purchases made on FirstInTest — including subscriptions, courses, and one-time purchases — are final and non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 2 below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have had the opportunity to review the course/subscription details, sample content, and pricing before purchasing.
  • Change of mind, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction with your own exam preparation outcomes are not grounds for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for partial use, non-use, or early cancellation of a subscription period.
  • If a payment is deducted from your bank account or payment method but the transaction shows as failed or incomplete on FirstInTest, this is not a denial of service under this policy — see Section 3 to report it, and any confirmed erroneous deduction will be refunded in full.

2. Exception: Technical Issues

We will review and may issue a refund or credit only in cases of a genuine technical issue on our end, including:

  • Payment was charged but the subscription/course was never activated on your account.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
  • You are unable to access paid content due to a verified platform/technical fault that our team could not resolve within a reasonable time.
  • Your bank or payment provider shows an amount debited for a FirstInTest transaction, but FirstInTest's records show the payment as failed, pending, or not received. This is common with UPI and similar payment rails where a delay or sync issue between your bank and the payment gateway can occur.

Approved refund timeline: Where a refund is approved under Section 2, it will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval, credited to your original payment method.

3. How to Report a Technical Issue

  • Email ceo@firstintest.com within 7 days of the issue, with your registered email ID, order/transaction ID, and a description of the problem (screenshots help).
  • Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
  • If the issue is confirmed as a technical fault on our end, we will restore your access; if access cannot be restored within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued for the affected purchase.

4. Payment Processing

Payments on FirstInTest are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments may independently review and process refund requests in accordance with its own policies and applicable card network rules, in addition to the terms above.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any already-completed billing period — you will retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

6. Changes to This Policy

FirstInTest reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
